Andrea Stefancikova is a Slovakian born Canadian actress and filmmaker, whose talent was widely recognized in 2019 when she was awarded Whistler Film Festival's "Star to Watch Award" for her performance and breakthrough. Stefancikova was born in Bratislava, Slovakia. She has been creatively expressing herself through dance, piano, writing and singing (alto) from young age. She immigrated to North America with her family in 1998; trained and began acting in her early twenties. She emerged as an actor through Meisner, which she studied in Montreal and Vancouver. She also attended the Lyric acting school now called Railtown actors and has taken numerous workshops with master teachers such as Larry Moss, John Strasberg, Warren Robertson, etc. As a former model, Andrea only fully dedicated herself to the craft in 2011. She has since accumulated an impressive volume of credits with growing success in the indie film circuit and television.
