Stories and nature are my two pillars that nourish me. "I'm talking my mouth off like fuzz" That's what my Berlin grandmother used to say. I never found the fluff, but for me the highest thing in the evening was lying in the cozy bed, hearing the warm, soothing voice and dreaming into the stories she told. When I, as a storyteller, create an imaginary world in my head, as if it were real and also in such a way that my listeners, whether small or large, can also see, feel or taste it, I am fulfilled and fascinated again and again . Nature as a holistic source of strength is now irreplaceable for me. Here I find my own inner nature and can take that into my everyday life. For me, the forest in particular is a place of security and mental clarity, where I can breathe easy and recharge my batteries. I get into the "here and now" very quickly, center myself and am grounded at the same time. I love to pass on my knowledge in the field of presence and personal development. I prefer to support women and children, because our society still functions in a linear, performance-oriented manner, despite emancipation and educational reforms. However, nature shows me very clearly: Everything is a cycle. Change is the only constant. We are at a turning point. In the next few years it will be decided whether this beautiful planet is still habitable for humans and whether our children can expect a future worth living in. Indigenous peoples around the world are warning and calling out. However, in our western world, there is a lot of noise and distractions to avoid hearing the call.
