Ferdi Stofmeel graduated as an actor from the Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2006. He is widely praised for his versatility and comedic talent and is best known to the general public for his roles in the popular series Rundfunk and De Regels van Floor. The latter was awarded the International Emmy Kids Award in 2020. 

In addition to these successes, Ferdi has starred in acclaimed productions such as Heer & Meester, Rudy’s Grote Kerstshow, and Der Amsterdam Krimi. More recently, he appeared in Ten Minste Houdbaar Tot, Hein, and Rundfunk’s Duco & Roy. In 2025, the highly anticipated releases of Elixer and Badgast will showcase his more dramatic range as an actor. 

His film credits include De Beentjes van Sint Hildegard, Scotoe, Opa Cor, and De Z van Zus. In 2025, he will appear in Bad Boa’s as well as the latest film by Noah Baumbach, Jay Kelly, where he shares the screen with George Clooney and Adam Sandler. 

In addition to his acting career, Ferdi is actively involved in philanthropy, serving as an ambassador for KiKa.
