Helena is a professional actress originally from Catania, Italy. She began her acting career from a very young age, studying at "Il Teatro del Molo 2", directed by Gioacchino Palumbo and at "Il Teatro degli Specchi", directed by Aldo Lo Castro and Marco Tringali.

 

After a professional period of about 10 years in which she specialized in Digital Marketing and Branding, working for multinational companies in Milan, Paris, New York, Barcelona and San Diego, in 2018 Helena moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a Project Manager for UCLA (University of Southern California).

 

In the "City of Angels" Helena soon fell in love with the cinematographic field and in 2020 she began a new professional path that took her from the marketing offices to the film sets. For over three years Helena has been passionately working as an actress and has played various roles in American independent productions, including the lead role in director Josh Quintero's "La Llorona", a short that won the Best Short Thriller award at the Adbhooture Film Festival, is was selected as a Judge's Special Mention at the Horror Bowl Movie Awards, was a finalist at the Cult Movies Festival, and won Best Director and Best Short at the Vesuvio International Monthly Film Festival. Helena completed the acting program at UCLA Extension, is currently a member of the Anthony Gilardi Acting Studio in Los Angeles and she also studied at the renowned schools 'Ivana Chubbuck' and 'The Actor's Lab'.

 

Helena is also the founder of “L.A. Creative Circle”, a networking community for artists in Los Angeles, where she leads monthly workshops with top notch professional guests in the field and regular events for actors and creatives in the entertainment industry. Helena lives in Los Angeles and travels regularly to Italy.
