Classically trained actor Jessica Broesicke studied drama at the Filmschauspielschule Berlin in Berlin and graduated with distinction. She was born and raised in Germany and further raised in South Africa, where she grew up speaking English and German as her mother tongue.

She is best known for her role in the short film Modulation Nowhere, which won the Sprecial Grand Jury Price at the international film festival in Portugal. She is also known for her appearance in the Amazon Prime Comedy series Die Discounter 2, and has recently starred alongside Oliver Masucci, Philip Froissant and Alessandra Mastronardi, in the new Paramount+ Serie Eine Billion Dollar (One Trillion Dollar), just to name a few. She has worked with international directors such as Eric Chambers, Daniel S. Lewis and Todd Bpgin from the US and Florian Baxmeyer from Germany.

A veritable multi-hyphenate, Jessica has co-written, -directed, and -produced several short films, most notably the drama Mitfahrgelegenheit. The most recent project she's developing is a mysterical drama series called Irasshaimase , in which she also plays the lead role.

Jessia has bases in Berlin, Cologne and Frankfurt. In Cape Town and Johannesburg, as well as LA (USA). She is especially interested in the genres of thriller, mystery and drama.
