Lydia graduated from the Guildford School of Acting in 2019, where she won the BA Acting Prize. Before graduating, she appeared at The Globe as part of the Sam Wanamaker Festival and was shortlisted for the Alan Bates Award. Professionally, she has experience in classical theatre and screen work, as well as physical theatre.

Alongside acting, Lydia is a writer, filmmaker, and avid footballer.
