Of portuguese-italian descent, Martim trained at Primeiro Acto and at the London School of Musical Theatre, where he won the Charles Miller Song Award.

Martim made his professional debut as Tybalt in the Original Portugal Cast of Romeo & Juliet: the Musical.

As lead vocalist for Silversea, Martim performed in 40+ countries and captivated worldwide audiences in his one-man-show Broadway, Baby!

Credits whilst training include Angel in RENT, Dmitry in Anastasia, Aldolpho in The Drowsy Chaperone, Moritz in Spring Awakening, Joe in Merrily We Roll Along and Malvolio in Twelfth Night.
