Hello, I´m Marzia Tedeschi, Italian actress, born in Cittá della Pieve (PG) als Marzia Lucacchioni. I got my degree at "La Sapienza" University of  Rome, in "Art, Theatre and Performance". I also studied  "Theatre and performing art” in England, at Plymouth University, thanks to a scholarship. I moved to Berlin in 2013 because I got an Italian role in a German tv series and since that I keep working and living in Germany.  I speak English, German and French. Italian is my mother tongue, of course.                                                                                                                               

 I shaved my head for the role of Sallafa in the movie Al Khubz al Hafi (For bread alone/ Il pane nudo), autobiografial story of the moroccan writer Mohamed Choukri, directed by Rachid Benhadj, starring with the actor Said Taghmaoui. For this performance I was awarded as 'Best Actress' in San Francisco Tiburon International Film Festival, in Rotterdam, Arab Film Festival and in Italy, BAFF Festival.                                                                                                                        I was awarded again as "Best Actress" for her role of Lady Macbeth, but this time for a theatre show called "Clan Macbeth", at the International theatre festival of Tangier, Morocco 2019.                                                                                   

I play the role of Francesca Tegano on Amazon Prime feature film "Tarantella: God forgives the mafia won’t” ( Amazon Prime in Germany, USA, Great Britain, Austria and Switzerland from 2021, still on). The movie "Sonne und Beton", directed by David Wnendt, Costantin Film / 7 Elephants Produktion, where I play the role of Giovanna, Gino´s mother, and it will have its Premiere at the Berlinale 2023 in the category Berlinale Special.

 This movie will be also in theatres from the 2nd of March 2023  in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Recently I was on the German channel ZDF with the role of Laura in the movie "Kreuzfahrt ins Glueck Ligurien” . I played the role of Carabiniera Elisa Serra in the new miniseries "Blackout" on Joyn (Pay Tv) 2022 / Sat 1 in 2023, with the actor Moritz Bleibtreu.                                                                                                                             

  I played among other roles, the role of Giulia in the tv Series "Bonusfamilie”, the role of Rosalia in the tv movie "Urlaub mit Mama” and the role of Gilda in the movie "Goster", dir. by Didi Danquart .I was Maria, as the new woman of Kommissioner Mario Kopper, in the popular movies "Tatort" directed once by Roland Suso Richter and the second time by Patrick Winczewski.                                                                       

During the last 10 years I kept performing the role of Lady Macbeth with the company Teatro delle Ombre of Rome, the show is called Clan Macbeth. They performed in several international theatre festivals around the world  such as: Sharm El Sheikh int. theatre festival of youth in Egypt 2022, Aact World int. theatre festival Venice Florida ( USA2022 ), Skampa int. theatre festival in Albania 2019, Amman theatre festival in Jordan, Midtown Festival in New York,USA , Poti Festival in Georgia, Béjaia theatre Festival in Algeria, Tangier student theatre festival in Morocco 2018 etc.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

I also played in the Italian Feature film "No Problem" directed by Vincenzo Salemme, Medusa Production and worked in several italian Tv series of RAI productions ,including "L´Isola” and "Il Bene e il Male”.

Ich bin Marzia Tedeschi, bin eine italienische Schauspielerin. Ich lebe arbeite in Deutschland seit 9 Jahren. Meine Wahlheimat ist Berlin.

Am 02.03.2023 kommt ins Kino der Film "Sonne und Beton", Regie David Wnendt, Costantin Film / 7 Elephants Produktion. Die Geschichte wurde vom autobiographischen Roman von Felix Lobrecht verfilmt und ich spiele die dramatische Rolle die Giovanna, Gino´s Mutter, die über häusliche Gewalt spricht.

Der Film wird die Premiere als Gala Special auf der Berlinale 2023 feiern.

Am 01.01.2023 war ich mit der Rolle die Laura im ZDF. Der Tv Film  heißt "Kreuzfahrt ins Glück Ligurien", Regie Astrid Schult. Das ist ein leicht Film ohne große künstlerische Ansprüche, aber mit viel Liebe und Freude in Italien gedreht. 

Auf Amazon Prime läuft noch weiter und sehr gut der Film " Tarantella- Gott vergibt die Mafia nicht", in München gedreht, wo ich eine sehr intensive Rolle die Mafiosa "Francesca Tegano" spiele.

Der Film ist nicht nur auf Amazon Prime in Deutschland, sondern auch in USA, in Großbetannien, in Austra und in der Schweiz.

Ich habe auch noch eine Rolle auf Sendung, die Carabiniera Elisa Serra, in der Serie "Blackout", Regie Lancelot Von Naso.

Die Serie ist seit einem Jahr schon auf Joyn.de, aber am 26.01.2023 wird auf Sendung im Sat 1. 

Meine Rolle hier ist klein, aber glücklicherweise spiele ich zusammen mit Moritz Bleibtreu. 

Was noch über mich...

Letzes Jahr 2022 war ich wieder auf der Bühne mit meiner Rolle die Lady Macbeth, im Show "Clan Macbeth", mit meiner italienischen Gruppe, auf zwei internationalen Theater Festivals.

 Wir waren im November 2022 als Honoray Performance auf Sharm El Sheikh international theatre festival of youth, Ägypten, und im Juni 2022 in USA, im Wettbewerb auf Aact World international theatre Festival in Venice, Florida.

 Zwei wunderschöne Festivals, nach der langen Pause wegen der Pandemie. Ich spiele dieses Stück seit 10 Jahren auf internationales Festivals in der Welt und bin auch die Artistic Director von der Show.

Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch sehr gut, meine Muttersprache ist italienisch.

Ich wurde in Cittá della Pieve an der Grenzen der Toskana geboren und habe viele Jahre in Rom wegen des Studium und der Arbeit gelebt.

2013 bin ich nach Berlin gezogen, weil ich eine italienische Rolle in einer deutschen TV Serie bekommen habe. Die Serie hatte nicht so viel Erfolg, aber ich habe angefangen neue Rolle zu drehen und bin in Berlin geblieben.

Meine erste wichtige Rolle war im Spielfilm Il Pane Nudo (For Bread Alone), Regie Rachid Benhadj, vom autobiographischen Roman von Mohammed Choukri, italienische-französische-marokkanische Co-Prod 2006. 

Ich spiele im Film zusammen mit Said Taghmaoui und für diese Rolle musste ich meine Haaren vollständig rasieren lassen und ich habe auch einege Dialoge auf Arabisch mit der Hilfe eines Dialog-Coach gespielt.

Ich wurde mehrere Male als "Beste Schauspielerin" dank dieser Interpretation ausgezeichnet, nicht nur in Italien, sondern auch in San Francisco( USA) und in Rotterdam (Holland).

Nach meiner Ausbildung zur Schauspielerin in Italien habe ich während meiner Arbeit in Berlin die Masterclass mit der amerikanischen Acting-coach Ivana Chubbuk sowie an der Schauspielschule „Actor Center“ mit dem Acting Lehrer Mike Bernardine (Meisner Tecnique) und einige Workshops mit Greta Amend besucht.

An der Universität "La Sapienza" in Rom habe ich meinen Abschluss in "Kunst, Theater und Performance" absolviert. An der Universität von Plymouth habe ich ein halbes Jahr, "Theater and performance" in England studiert. Dort habe ich auch zwei Performances auf Englisch aufgeführt.
