Micha Hulshof ended up as an actor at the age of 14 with a leading role in the feature film De Tasjesdief. This was followed by several films and TV series, including Schnitzel Paradise, Doodstil and Fenix.

For Het Schnitzelparadijs he received a Golden Calf for Best Supporting Role, together with the rest of the supporting cast, and he was nominated for his role in the film Bride Flight, also for a Golden Calf.

Micha was seen in the feature film De Oost, directed by Jim Taihutu, and in the Oscar-nominated international film Quo Vadis, Aïda?. In the autumn of 2023, Zomervacht was published, with Micha in a leading role as father Maurice.

In addition to being an actor, Micha is also a voice actor and creator. He creates community theater in Amsterdam West with the collective SLPLZN and is working on his own podcast Zuidoost Viert! about who celebrates what, why and especially how in their own Amsterdam South East district.
