Mira Fajfer was born in 1991 in Szczecin, Poland. From 2010 to 2014, she completed her acting studies at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen/Bochum. During her education, she performed at venues such as the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Al-Kasaba Theatre in Ramallah. In 2011, she received the Excellence Scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation, followed by the 1st Ensemble Prize from the Friedl-Wald Foundation at the 24th Acting School Meeting in 2014. From 2014 to 2019, she was a permanent ensemble member at the Theater Ingolstadt, where she portrayed roles such as Ophelia in "Hamlet," Lena in "Leonce und Lena," and Lämmchen in "Kleiner Mann, was nun?" She collaborated closely with directors such as Alexander Nerlich, Christoph Mehler, Brit Bartkowiak, and Wolfgang Menardi, and received the Audience Award for her last season at the Theater Ingolstadt. Since the 2019/20 season, she has been working as a freelance actress, including at the Akademietheater Munich and Theater Lübeck. In 2022, she premiered as Piotra in "Fischer Fritz" (directed by Enrico Lübbe) at the Deutsches Theater Berlin during the Autor:innentheatertagen, which debuted in the 2022/23 season at the Schauspiel Leipzig. She has also appeared in various film productions and works as a voice actress for feature films.
