As a dancer, choreographer, and actress, I have proven myself in the entertainment industry. I have worked as an actress, personal coach, Pilates instructor, EMS (electrostimulation) instructor, and performer, as well as a choreographer in major television programs, films, and other productions in France. This has allowed me to acquire the necessary knowledge to meet the physical and psychological needs of artists during their training and performances, as well as my own needs as an actress.

I believe in a strong work ethic and strive to provide a sense of well-being in daily life, a routine that combines mental and physical health, thanks, among other things, to the balance of my different passions, which have become my profession.
