Trained by Jack Waltzer in the practice of the Actors Studio and Jean-Laurent Cochet in theatrical techniques but above all, my greatest school is that of the theater stage. I am also trained in Kundalini Yoga, which provides tools to support, deepen or complete paths of artistic and personal growth, a practice that allows you to work the emotions in consciousness, from head to toe. So I decided to teach it.
I then accompany artists, coaches, young adults on their way using the tools that my life experience has given me. Make constraints, our springboards.

Through my commitments and my artistic choices, I wish to transmit, to inspire to support others to realize their dreams. 

I do not let go of the pen, the stage, the projectors, the keyboard and certainly not the co-creativity.
