In my self-reflection, I realize that I have a strong goal orientation and ability to work in a team, without taking myself too seriously. In doing so, I allow my inner child space to develop. My passion for life and my professional responsibilities are obvious. Although I can be impatient at times, I stay focused on the goals I have set. I understand that a "no" doesn't necessarily have to be final, and I'm brave and curious enough to explore new avenues. I have already proven this demonstrably.
