Oleksandr Yatsenko has performed on stages such as the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, where he played a leading role in the production of "Der Wij," directed by Kirill Serebrennikov. In 2024, Yatsenko featured in the television drama series "The Tattooist of Auschwitz", based on the novel by Heather Morris. This series, which aired on Sky TV and Peacock, marked his debut role in the United Kingdom.
