Gradueted from “Silvio D'Amico” National accademy of Drammatic Arts in Rome Stefano received his first theatrical role in Rome's prestigious Globe Theatre as Shepard in William Shakespeare's “The Winter's Tale”, directed by Francesco Manetti. Shortly following began working with many great Italian Directors such as: Massimo Popolizio playing the role of the Young in Aristophanes masterpiece “Ploutos”; Armando Pugliese, playing the role of Tranio in Shakespeare's “The Taming of the Shrew”; Carlo Cecchi playing the role of Wedge The Craftsman in Shakespeare's “A Midsummer Night's Dream” and Daniele Salvo as part of the Chorus in Sophocles play “Ajax” at the Greek Amphitheatre in Siracusa, Sicily. Stefano has also worked as lead Actor in the Theatrical Company of Director Valentino Villa. Productions included “Rumors”, “H.P.T”, “Blu”, “The time of the Door” and “The Hell is just a Sauna”. He was chosen by Director Emma Dante to be part of her Oper Productions as a physical actor. The first production being “La Muette Du Portici”, which premiered at the Operà Comique in Paris, followed by a season at Teatro Petruzzelli in Bary, Italy. The second production being “Fouersnot”, performed at Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Italy. Stefano was the lead actor in three tele-promotion for the Italian Mediaset Television directed by Riccardo Mosca. During the following years Stefano starred in several theatrical Productions such as his role of Narciso in the theatrical Prodaction “Week End”, directed by Luca De Bei; as well as playing featured roles as Lorenzo and Graziano in “Merchant of Venice” directed by Giorgio Albertazzi; and finally as the role of Benjamin Satrapas in “Passio Hominis” directed by Antonio Calenda. During the last years he also starred in two short Films. The first one titled “Scotoma” and directed by Francesco Giuseppe Fasano and the second one titled “Proserpina” directed by Federico Tocchella.
